The company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of no less than 50% of its net profit after deducting corporate income tax and all types of reserves.

The dividend payout rate is subject to the company’s performance, economic conditions, and future projects, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors, to ensure the best interests of the shareholders.
